The customer service was disappointing. The bellman assisting with check-in displayed behavior that was unprofessional and inattentive, resembling that of a bus conductor rather than a hotel staff member. There was also no acknowledgment or courtesy extended to returning guests, which was quite disheartening for a repeat customer.

首先入住後，被分配到非當初預訂的房型（城市景觀），在訂房網站.com客服的協助下，才收到飯店通知，可更換房間，但從飯店電話結束後，等待了30分鐘，但我下樓查看，櫃檯有兩三位工作人員，所以不得不再請訂房網站.com協助，才獲得工作人員前來帶領。飯店熱水非全時段提供，熱水也並非會燙的層度，應該是文化習慣不同。冷氣為中央空調，比較吵。預訂前已知道飯店前馬路是夜間蔬菜市集，很熱鬧，市集到早上七點左右結束，接著是另一波上下班尖峰時段，喇叭聲會告訴你，早上了，我屬於早起型，所以很喜歡，沒影響。

Nice location along Divisoria wet and dry market and shopping malls, also walkable distance going to Binondo China Town. I hope they improve the online booking confirmation faster because it took them a time to verify your paid booking and check the voucher. Some loud noise can also be heard from the passerbys in the hotel hallway. And tv remote control is not working that they need to check. I hope they improve these aspects. Overall stay is okay, location-wise, if your errand is to stroll around Divisoria, shop and spend the night. Hotel staffs are also accomodating.

Отличный отель. Хорошее расположение в центре жизни Тондо, до Церкви Санта Ниньо де Тондо 300 метров, до Джолиби и отличного супермаркета ПьюрГолд - 150 метров. Центр тоже близко. Хороший дружелюбный персонал. Вид из окна на рынок.

the hotel area is fine, located near to the night market and shopping mall. the food also cheap price. the room is quite spacious with the clean toilet. the staff also helpfull. price is okay, so nothing to comment.

値段も安いし、個室でスタッフの方も親切で良かったです。水周りの小バエは數え切れないほどいますがまぁそんなの気にしてたらどこにも泊まれません。フロントから部屋へたどり著くのがまるで迷路のようでした笑笑慣れるまで3回くらいは迷うと思います。めちゃ清潔って訳じゃないですが、値段相応の価値はあると思います。ら
